LLFlex Expands Converting Capacity

We are pleased to share significant news regarding LLFlex’s continued growth and commitment to our valued partners.  We have completed a substantial expansion of our converting capabilities at our North Carolina facility.

As a global leader in specialized packaging materials and industrial laminates, this strategic enhancement is a testament to our dedication of meeting your evolving needs. This expansion provides critical redundancy for our Louisville, KY facility and substantially increases capacity across LLFlex’s core business segments. We believe this will be incredibly beneficial in serving you even better.

This expansion empowers LLFlex to offer a broad spectrum of packaging solutions, including a wide array of paper, film, and foil-based constructions for food and beverage applications, premium laminated carton board for health and beauty products, and transfer-metalized paper and board for sustainable packaging solutions.

“I’m excited to announce that we have fully commissioned a new laminating asset at our High Point, North Carolina facility,” states Tom Bowden, CEO of LLFlex. “This equipment allows us to supply products previously offered by Hampden Papers, alongside new product categories developed in collaboration with our key customers. It complements our existing assets by adding capabilities such as transfer-metalized lamination and significantly boosts our capacity to support our growing business. We are thrilled to continue investing in our equipment and capabilities to bring innovative new products to market.”
