LLFLex Vision
LLFlex is proud to have launched our company-wide Mission, Vision and Values. This was the culmination of a year long project which included input from the leadership of every department within the company. The new company identity and culture which was championed by HR Director Barbara Swartz, CEO Tom Bowden and the entire senior staff, was presented to all employees across both Louisville and High Point sites and signals the unification of the organization’s past, present and future.

The Mission, Vision and Values were created by team members who have decades of service with LLFlex. They understand our business the best, have developed our presence in the markets we serve and support the manufacturing of our products. They are the heart of the company and are the best positioned to build and execute this critical project.”
The Mission, Vision and Values project forms a core element of the LLFlex HR program with recognition given to employees who demonstrate outstanding contribution to the business, through one of the Values: Integrity, Energy, Ingenuity, Wellbeing and Growth. Barbara Swartz commented, “It was important that we made it clear that Integrity is at the heart of everything we do and is the core value from which all the others are underpinned. The Energy and Ingenuity displayed by the team every day drive our business forward. Our focus on Wellbeing extends beyond our commitment to each other to our communities and the planet.
