Mary Rolph

Mary’s career at LLFlex began when she was selected to participate in our co-op program where she completed multiple rotations each focusing on a different business sector. By the end of her co-op, LLFlex had prepared Mary to be a desired candidate for an engineering role within the company. Mary was hired upon graduation from engineering school and has been advancing her career ever since. She began as an entry level process engineer and her high levels of performance has resulted in several progessions within LLFlex. Mary currently holds the role of Business Development & Inside Sales Manager.

Mary has held multiple roles across the company and has greeted each role as a new opportunity to continue her education in flexible packaging. Mary now holds the role of Business Development Manager for Tobacco and Cannabis Customers. LLFlex has provided countless opportunities for Mary to grow personally and professionally and continues to do so even as Mary’s career advances.
