Experienced HR Professional to Spearhead Human Capital Strategies and Labor Relations
Louisville, KY –LLFlex – a global leader in wire & cable, construction and tobacco materials solutions, has hired Kerry Cimbalo to the role of Human Resources Director. In this position, Ms. Cimbalo will work with company principles to oversee all aspects of LLFlex’s human resources strategies, further strengthening labor relations while providing policy consultation and benefits administration.
Previously, Ms. Cimbalo served as Human Resources Manager for Republic National Distributing Company. She also held the role of Senior Recruiter at Papa John’s, and developed her breadth of human resources experience with increasing responsibilities at UPS.
