Larry Posner
Larry Posner is the Executive Chairman at LLFlex. As a Growth-Oriented Executive Chairman, responsibilities include: recruitment and oversight of the senior executive team, focusing on performance improvement, liquidity management and scaling operations to achieve 25% annual growth.
Tom Bowden
Tom Bowden joined LLFlex as the Chief Executive Officer in 2022. In this role, Tom’s leadership experience in operations and manufacturing will blend well with the C-Suite expertise in finance and commercial for LLFlex. Tom has a proven track record of success in flexible packaging with experience from ProAmpac, Anchor Packaging and Plastic Suppliers most recently, having made measurable improvements within each of those businesses.
Kelley Stearman
Kelley Stearman, who serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development – the sales and business development team and is responsible for commercial management of current business, as well as developing new business opportunities. She is a Chemical Engineer who has held several positions with increasing levels of responsibility in both technical and commercial functions, ranging from Senior R&D Engineer to Business Director. Stearman has over 20 years of experience with LLFlex and its legacy companies, including Alcan, Reynolds Metals and Alcoa.
Tamra Koshewa
Tamra Koshewa joined LLFlex as Chief Financial Officer in May, 2022. Tamra is a strategic financial professional with 25 years experience in accounting and finance roles. Her MBA is from Vanderbilt University. Prior to joining LLFlex, Tamra has led accounting and finance teams in organizations such as HMI Glass, ISCO Industries, and Equipment Depot.
