Veteran logistics compliance professional will support company’s supply chain regulatory efforts.

Steward as Trade Compliance Manager. In this role, Steward is responsible for running the Foreign Trade Zones in Kentucky and North Carolina, managing relationships with US Commerce and CBP, reviewing and analyzing import/export tax/duty changes globally, and helping ensure we are optimizing both the buying and selling supply chains for LLFlex customers, sales agents and suppliers.
Prior to joining LLFlex, Steward served 13 years at the United Parcel Service in various Customs Brokerage positions. In her most recent position as Compliance Supervisor, she successfully bridged the gap between internal operations and external regulations. Ms. Steward’s leadership skills and proven track record providing applicable solutions puts her on firm footing in her new role at LLFlex.

Steward graduated from Murray State University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology. She became a licensed customs broker this past July. She resides in Louisville, KY with her husband, Stan and son, Ethan.
